How to Write an Article Quickly

Today, i researched how much time i take to write a 400 - 500 words article. It took me exactly 28 minutes, rounded figure is 30 minutes. I would like to share my ideas to write an article quickly. Before going deep into this topics, i researched the time taken by other writers, and most writers say that they take only 20 minutes to complete it.

Here is my idea to reduce the time taken to complete an article.

1. First research on the topic, you are going to write. Even, if you are very familiar, do a little research to get a good and clear idea.

2. Then draw a rough draft or put all your ideas in the form of diagram.

a. If you are gathering your ideas in the rough draft, then write down all that comes in your head. Don't worry about the grammar or punctuation errors. Just start writing all that you know about the topic. Finally, after completing the rough draft, alter the draft and check for the errors. If you want, add subtopics, and give a final look.

b. In the diagram model, choose a topic, let it be a car, then add the sub diagrams about the information all you know about the car. Cross-check your information with the research material. After that write down the article based on the diagram. This is very simple. Example:

3. Finally review your article thoroughly before submitting, and the work is done. With continuous practice, you can surely reduce the time, and can write the article quickly and effectively.
